Compliance Assistant (legal) in Trowbridge

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Devizes, who are actively seeking to engage a Compliance Assistant (legal) to provide essential support across the firm. What you will be doing: Supporting a number of departments and individuals, you will be tasked with a wide range of administrative duties to include; Anti Money Laundering Monitoring – collecting, reviewing, and maintaining client identification documents, ensuring they meet “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements Audits and Reviews to ensure documentation is accessible and accurate Client due diligence on new and existing clients Compliance support Data Entry, inputting and maintaining accurate legal data Document management to include update and maintenance of legal documents, files and correspondence Filing, reporting and regulatory updates What you will need to succeed: Proven experience in a similar compliance role, ideally from a legal background although not essential The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) First rate communication skills, verbal and written A confidential approach What you will receive in return : Competitive salary The chance to work locally and join a supportive, established yet progressive firm Excellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance and bonus If this role of Compliance Assistant (legal) sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact : (url removed) Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
