Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Westbury area who are actively looking to recruit Production Operatives on a temporary ongoing basis.

Shift Pattern: 3 on 4 off - working Friday to Sunday each week

Shift Length: Always 12 hour shifts

Days: 06:00 - 18:00 at £13.96 per hour

Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 at £16.26 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Operating production and packing machinery
  • Quality checking products
  • Following health & safety and hygiene procedures
  • Manual handling duties as required
  • General production line and factory duties

What you will need to succeed:

  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts
  • Reliability and good time keeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team
