Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our market-leading client in Melksham, who is looking to recruit a Partner Brand Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of partner brands across international export markets, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive brand growth and commercial success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and deliver partner brand strategies across export markets.
  • Analyse market, consumer, customer, competitor, and category insights to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring investment delivers commercial returns.
  • Build strong relationships with partner brands and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead new product launches from concept through to post-launch review.
  • Prioritise brand investment based on commercial impact and ROI.
  • Monitor brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in brand, category or trade marketing, ideally within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience delivering successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
