Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Paint Shop Operative to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Surface preparation of components and all metal fabrications prior to powder coating
  • Masking, sanding, degreasing, and general preparation work
  • Handling and moving components safely within the paint shop
  • Inspecting prepared surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
  • Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in paint shop preparation, or a similar industrial role (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications
  • Comfortable working with large components in a manufacturing environment

What you will receive in return:

£26,242.32 + overtime.

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4.30pm, Fri 7.30am - 12.30pm
