Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Paint Shop Operative to join the team on a permanent basis.
As a Paint Shop Operative, you will play a key role in surface preparation of metal fabrications, ensuring products are properly prepared for powder coating and meet all required quality standards.
- Surface preparation of components and all metal fabrications prior to powder coating
- Masking, sanding, degreasing, and general preparation work
- Handling and moving components safely within the paint shop
- Inspecting prepared surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
- Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
Previous experience in paint shop preparation, or a similar industrial role (preferred but not essential).
A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Salary: £26,242.32 + overtime.
