Are you a seasoned Company & Commercial Solicitor looking to be a part of a leading high street solicitor? Are you looking to work with a dealing practice, with a great reputation? Would you like the opportunity to develop your own desk and build lasting relationships, with the option to work in either the Chippenham or Trowbridge office?
What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising businesses on a wide range of company and commercial matters. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who thrives on autonomy, values flexibility, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Areas of Expertise:
- Drafting and advising on terms and conditions of business
- Commercial contracts and bespoke contractual terms
- Company formations and structuring advice
- Partnership Agreements
- Directors and Shareholders Agreements
- Business sales and purchases
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
What you will need to succeed:
- 3-5 years PQE in Company & Commercial law
- Commercially minded and detail focused
- Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
- Confident managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
What you will receive in return:
- Competitive Salary (DOE)
- Monday to Friday 09.00AM to 17.30PM
