Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our professional services client based in Chippenham, who are looking to recruit a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.
- Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
- Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office administration.
- Providing full-time cover during colleagues' holidays when required.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a reception, administration or professional services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
- A friendly, approachable and enthusiastic personality.
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
What you will receive in return:
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 1.00pm - 5.00pm.
- Additional flexibility: The successful candidate will be required to provide full-time holiday cover when needed.
- Holiday: 28 days annual leave, plus public holidays.
