Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established and market leading client who urgently require a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team near Glastonbury.
What you will be doing:
- Dealing with a range of individuals including landlords, tenants as well as internal departments in person / via email
- Processing new applicant details including referencing
- Registering applicants and properties to let including registration, move ins, advertising and photography
- Marketing new properties and carrying out accompanied viewings to grow the portfolio
- Updating the CRM system
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- ARLA Level 3 or equivalent
- Strong administration and IT skills including MS Office (Word/Outlook and Excel)
- First rate customer service and problem solving skills
- Due to the nature of the role, your own transport is essential

- Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings (time off in lieu given)
