Legal Post Completion Coordinator - Conveyancing (part-time) in Somerset

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who is actively seeking to engage a Legal Post Completion Coordinator – Conveyancing on a part-time basis. What you will be doing: Supporting the residential conveyancing department, you will coordinate all post completion activities to include; Preparation of letters and documents for completion Checking completion statements to ensure financial calculations are correct on client and office accounts after completion Submission of documents to HMRC and Land Registry Dealing with enquiries from Mortgage Lenders regarding mortgage redemption and registration Adhoc duties when required What you will need to succeed: Proven administrative experience in a legal environment, conveyancing experience would be beneficial The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) First rate communication skills at all levels What you will receive in return : Competitive salary Monday to Friday **part-time over five days, 100% office based** The chance to work locally and join a supportive, established yet progressive firm Excellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance and health If this role of Legal Post Completion Coordinator – Conveyancing sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact : sarah.collins@thrivegroup. co.uk Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
