Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Swindon, who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain quality requirements in line with ISO9001, quality performance and initiate improvements
- Identify and control of non-conforming products, and support Root Cause Analysis
- Support auditing activities (internal and external)
- Control returned material from customers (RMA) as per company's procedures
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a similar Quality Engineer role within production environment.
- Advanced organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of the team
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
What you will receive in return:
- Salary scale circa Β£31,000 per year (depending on the experience)
- Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays
- Hours of work and breaks: 4 day week - Mon - Wed 7.30am to 5.30pm, Thu 7.30am to 5pm; Breaks: 2 x 15min, 1 x 30min unpaid lunch
