Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our client near Bath who urgently require a Senior Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Processing payroll in a timely manner for each pay period
- Inputting, maintaining and updating employee records
- Preparing payroll data for an outsourced provider
- Dealing with payroll queries from employees when required
- Payroll reporting for management including calculating and collating data
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a payroll position is essential
- The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
- First rate communication skills at all levels including a confidential approach
What you will receive in return:
- Competitive salary
- Permanent, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
- Please note 100% office based
