Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client, a highly regarded and rapidly expanding financial services firm who seek a confident and proactive Head of Administration.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the busy support function
- Leading, developing, and mentoring the administration team
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of all administrative operations
- Implementing and refining processes, systems, and workflows as the firm continues to scale
- Working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and leadership to enhance client service delivery
- Taking a hands-on approach where needed while also driving team performance and continuous improvement
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a similar role within wealth management or financial planning is essential
- A strong track record of managing people and improving administrative output
- The ability to take charge of a busy and growing team from day one
