About the Role
Thrive Group are recruiting Recycling Advisors on behalf of our client, who operate multiple Household Recycling Centres across Gloucestershire GL52 and surrounding areas
This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you\’ll assist the public with recycling, ensure safety standards are met, and support day-to-day site operations.
?? Key Responsibilities
- Help members of the public separate waste into correct recycling streams.
- Provide clear guidance and excellent customer service.
- Wear and maintain correct PPE at all times.
- Keep the site clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
- Operate site equipment (training provided if required).
- Complete paperwork and support supervisors with daily site duties.
?? Requirements
- Able to work weekends and bank holidays
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Fit and able to complete heavy lifting
- Own transport (many sites are remote)
- Safety boots with midsole & toe cap (uniform supplied after induction)

- Experience with plant/equipment
- 360 Material Handler licence
