Quality & Compliance Assistant to join our client, a leading distributor of medical products and medicines.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Working within a supportive team, you'll play a key role in helping maintain industry compliance while developing your knowledge and experience in a highly regulated sector.

Your Role
As a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will support the Contracts and Compliance team by:
- Assisting with maintaining compliance with
Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant UK legislation.
- Supporting the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
- Assisting with regulatory audits, inspections and internal self-inspections.
- Maintaining training records and the company training matrix.
- Supporting the implementation of operational improvements and process changes.
- Carrying out general administrative duties for the Contracts and Compliance team.
- Ensuring all compliance records are securely maintained and audit ready.
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday -
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a regulated or compliance-based environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience within quality, compliance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical devices would be advantageous but is not essential.
