Thrive Group are delighted to working with an employer of choice based in Westbury that are looking to recruit an experienced Project Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: To provide administration support to the Project Team, to ensure that projects are expedited from order confirmation, through to client installation and delivery. Liaise with project team members to gather information on job status and update customers as necessary. Organise and raise delivery paperwork for deliveries outside the UK. Process returns and ensure a prompt turnaround to ensure project stays in track.What you need in order to succeed: Previous experience working in either manufacturing / engineering environment. A proactive problem solver, able to efficiently multi-task. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. IT literate – MS Word & Excel Familiarity/able to interpret manufacturing drawings.
