Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client based in Shepton Mallet, who are looking for several Production Operators to work on a 4 on 4 off basis. This could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Main duties:
- Operating machines that package products
- Operating machine line speed for quality control purposes
- Weigh and measure products to required specifications
- Completion of production paperwork
- Perform check of the machinery and equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Remove finished products, whilst removing any rejected items
About you:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production
- Good attention to details
- Self-motivation with ability to work well within the team
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Being able to work to deadline
- Reliable
Shift: 4 on 4 off - 2 days 0600-1800, 2 nights 1800-0600, 4 days off
Pay rate: £12.55 per hour
