The Thrive Group is proud to be recruiting a Production Manager for a well-established, high-volume manufacturing business based in Bradford. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will oversee and manage a diverse team of skilled technicians, supervisors, and operatives - and may need to coordinate agency workers during peak periods. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leadership and production management excellence, ready to step into a critical role that keeps operations running at their best.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Production Management role.
  • Expertise with large-scale, fully automated production lines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up skills.
  • Confident in problem-solving, team building, and decision-making.
  • Commercially aware and able to understand business priorities.
