Private Client Paralegal in Malmesbury

What you will be doing:

Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm in the heart of the Cotswolds?

We\’re seeking a skilled and motivated Private Client professional with 5+ years\’ experience to join our growing team in Malmesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career with a firm that values client care, quality service, and personal development.

The Role:
You\’ll manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and tax matters
• Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work

What you will need to succeed:

? A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in Private Client law
? Excellent client-facing and communication skills
? Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
? STEP membership or working towards it is a strong advantage
? Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
