Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting our client in Warminster who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Success Specialist to join the team on a temp to permanent basis (for the right candidate). The role is predominately based in Warminster, with a requirement to also work in Chippenham.
What you will be doing:
To provide outstanding customer service on both incoming and proactive outgoing customer enquiries and be able to manage customer expectations and assist in resolving queries.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns or managing accounts.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working in a call centre / customer service environment.
  • Able to work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT Literacy.

What you will receive in return:

  • Β£26,000 to Β£27,000 per annum
  • 37.5 hour working week with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
  • To be worked over a rota Monday to Friday 7am – 8pm on a rota basis, with 1 in 3 wkends to include Saturday/Sunday shifts also on a rota basis with a day off in lieu during the week. Each Monday to Friday week will have a maximum of 1 x 8pm finish.
  • Location: Hybrid Working: Warminster/WFH
