Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit an Operations Support Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- This is a hands-on Operations Support Manager role working with the Production team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Operations Support functions, ensuring the efficient flow, storage and dispatch of products.
- Working closely with Production, Planning, Technical and Logistics teams, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, service levels and operational efficiency.
- You will also lead and develop a multi-skilled team and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
