Marketing Assistant (DC-170523) Oldham, England

Thrive Group recruitment agency is seeking a Marketing Assistant EMEA to join our clients team in the Chadderton area.

What you will be doing

to support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region within the Customer Experience team.

This role will help execute localised marketing campaigns, support customer engagement programs, conduct campaign analytics, coordinate with regional sales teams, and the global marketing team.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, passionate about marketing and technology, and eager to learn how to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across diverse EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution, scheduling and optimisation of EMEA marketing campaigns across email, Linked In, Whats App, and other relevant channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets and content that support customer engagement, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing goals.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives to support sales goals.
  • Support campaign management processes, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Serve as an internal expert on email marketing best practices, customer segmentation, and content strategies that influence customer behaviour and engagement.
  • Produce campaign performance reports and recap summaries to evaluate results, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to improve future marketing initiatives.
  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day execution of events, programs, digital advertising, PR activities, and other regional marketing initiatives across EMEA.

What you will need to succeed

  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 2+ years agency or in-house Marketing experience
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a B2B electronics channel environment
  • Experience in Braze, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience collaborating with global or regional stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Basic knowledge of customer life cyclemarketing, email marketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
