Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Operative to join the team.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for correct pallet configuration/Quantity and Quality, as you are the last line of QA before the finished pallet moves to the warehouse ready for dispatch.
- Working with pallet trucks and moving heavy pallets, you also need to be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in production / quality control / stock control.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to keep up with production demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hardworking and H&S awareness.
- Due to the nature of the role you need to be physically fit.
What you will receive in return:
- £27,500 Basic + bonus and overtime.
- 3 shifts.
