An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join a growing transport team based in Rochdale on a temp to perm basis (12 weeks).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Start time between: 0600 - 0800
Pay Rates: £18 PH, £20.17 PH rolled up holiday pay, weekly pay
The Role:
- Daily multi-drop deliveries and collections to business and residential customers
- Operating box trailers and straight-frame curtain-sided trailers
- Delivering and collecting palletised goods to third-party customers
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours regulations and tachograph legislation
- ADR licence (desirable but not essential)
This position is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with a permanent contract available after a successful 12-week period.
