Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Swindon who are actively seeking to engage an experienced Private Client Secretary to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal secretary with strong Private Client experience who enjoys client contact and providing high-quality support to fee earners and partners in the Swindon Office.
What you will be doing:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners and partners within the Private Client department
- Typing, preparing, and amending legal documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
- Dealing with clients professionally, both in person and over the telephone
- Managing appointments and assisting with client enquiries
- File opening, filing, photocopying, and preparation of files for storage
- Supporting the wider Private Client support team as required
- Liaising with Accounts regarding cheques and printouts
- Liaising with the Office Manager regarding stationery and office supplies
- Providing reception cover when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role (Private Client experience highly desirable)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and document presentation
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with clients and third parties
- Comfortable using office IT systems and legal case management software
What you will receive in return:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
