Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit an
Operations Support manager t to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing: This is a hand on Operations Support Manager working with the Production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Operations Support functions, ensuring the efficient flow, storage and dispatch of products.
Working closely with Production, Planning, Technical and Logistics teams, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, service levels and operational efficiency, whilst leading and developing a multi-skilled team and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards.
What you will need to succeed: Has previous supervisory or management experience.
Demonstrates strong organisational and planning skills.
Has experience of stock control and warehouse operations.
Confident managing people, rotas and performance.
Has good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can communicate effectively across departments.
Is computer literate and comfortable working with stock management systems.
What you will receive in return: £38,000 per annum Monday to Friday 08.30AM to 17.30 - 100% site role 6% pension contribution 25 days holiday +
