Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Malmesbury who are actively looking to recruit a
Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Assisting with the preparation of contracts, leases and other property related documentation,
Drafting routine correspondence, preparing standard legal documents and updating case files accurately and efficiently.
Liaising with Accounts to arrange money transfers, preparing risk and compliance documentation and coordinating with colleagues to ensure all required checks and processes are completed.
Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors.
What you will need to succeed :
Previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department.
Able to use case management system.
Excellent communication skills
Fast and accurate typing skills

Competitive Salary
Monday to Friday 9am to 17.00PM
Holiday 28 days holiday + bank holidays
Enhanced maternity pay.
