Overview

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to working with our established client in the Shaftesbury area who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary (Commercial Property) on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative assistance to the commercial property department
  • Assisting the Partner to run their caseload
  • Production of Stamp Duty Land tax returns, land registry and companies house applications
  • Liaison with clients over the phone, email and face to face
  • Opening and closing files
  • Assisting with billing and credit control
  • Production a range of documents including typing
  • Adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Previous commercial property experience is essential
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Some administrative experience is preferable with a good range of IT skills
  • Strong communication skills, accuracy and the ability to work with discretion
