Thrive Group Bolton are currently recruiting for warehouse Production and Machine Operators to join a well-established company based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment, with opportunities for career progression and development. The role is provisionally temporary, however for the right candidates the company does offer further career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a busy manufacturing/production environment
- Preparing and organising stock
- Machine minding
- Scanning products and stock
- Picking and packing
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
About You
Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential. Candidates must have a minimum 2 years recent experience working within a production environment. The ideal candidate will also:
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable and committed to the role
- Be flexible and able to work a rotating shift pattern
- Ideally hold a full UK driving licence, to assist with access to the required shift times
Working Hours
This is a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
You must be able to commit to both shifts.
Pay Rate
£16.13 per hour
