HGV Class 1 CE Driver

Job Description
Thrive Recruitment Group are looking for HGV Class 1 C+E Drivers for our client based in Skelmersdale on a long term or temp to perm basis.
Various roles available:
Store work – 2-3 drops per shift – may include some handballing dependant on the store
Non-store work – could be trunking / DC deliveries / pallet network drops / non-retail etc.
Tramping work
Hours of work:
Days or nights available.
Must be available 5 days out of 7
There will be a rota basis 4 on / 4 off and then 5 on / 3 off
(Please note the average shift is 10 hours but shift but can be 7/8/9/12 hours)
Pay Rates:
(All rates are paid on a day day rate)
Tramping:
Mon-Fri – £137.50 + N/O £26.00 / Saturday – £151.00 + N/O £26.00 / Sunday – £160.00 + N/O £26.00
Store work days:
Mon-Fri – £159.00 / Saturday – £170.00 / Sunday – £180.00
Store work nights:
Mon-Fri – £175.00 / Saturday – £190.00 / Sunday – £200.00
Non-Store work days:
Mon-Fri – £142.00 / Saturday – £160.00 / Sunday – £165.00
Non-Store work nights:
Mon-Fri – £155.00 / Saturday – £170.00 / Sunday – £177.00
Duration:
All roles will either be on a long term basis or temp to perm
Assessment:
A full day\’s assessment paid (approx 8 hours) will be completed prior to a start with the clients on-site assessor
The start time for assessment can be from 4am onward
Requirements:
Must have HGV Class 1 C+E licence / Must have in date digital tacho and CPC card / No more than 6 minor penalty points / MUST NOT have any DD\’s, DR\’s, IN\’s etc.
