The Role Develop and grow your own specialist recruitment market. Win new business and build long-term client relationships. Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement. Identify and attract high-quality candidates within your specialist sector. Build a successful desk, generate repeat business and maximise earning potential. About You Proven experience in 360 permanent recruitment. Strong business development and client relationship skills. Established specialist sector knowledge and an understanding of your market. A track record of winning business and delivering successful placements.
