Job Description
Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit an Operations Support manager t to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a hand on Operations Support Manager working with the Production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Operations Support functions, ensuring the efficient flow, storage and dispatch of products.
Working closely with Production, Planning, Technical and Logistics teams, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, service levels and operational efficiency, whilst leading and developing a multi-skilled team and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards.
Has previous supervisory or management experience.
Demonstrates strong organisational and planning skills.
Confident managing people, rotas and performance.
