Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Branch Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- You will play a key role in managing the finance function and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial information.
You will:
- Have previous experience in a car dealership (essential).
- Possess an excellent understanding of Accounting IT packages.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What you will need to succeed:
- AAT qualified (or QBE experience).
- Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance management role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience using Kerridge software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical ability.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
