Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Preparation of monthly accounting base data and supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Preparation and distribution of weekly sales reporting
- Processing invoices on internal systems
- Maintaining capital expenditure records
- Submitting routine ONS reports when requested
- Assisting with customs declarations to ensure uninterrupted supply of imported finished goods and raw materials
What you will need to succeed:
- Good understanding of IT systems and software. Proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance
- Ability to prioritise and organise a large workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining information simply to Finance, Operational and other non-finance staff alike
