We are recruiting for a reliable Dispatch Picker/Packer to work at our client’s warehouse in the Chadderton area. The role requires heavy lifting (max 25 kg) and working on the conveyor belt. Previous long‑term experience in similar roles is essential.
What you will be doing:
- Loading, unloading, packing and picking items;
- Stacking pallets;
- Manual handling and frequent heavy lifting (max 25 kg);
- Meeting daily targets set by your supervisor;
- Working at the end of the conveyor belt.
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong work history with long contracts in past positions, demonstrating commitment and consistency;
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English; strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team‑player attitude;
- Experience in loading, unloading, picking, packing and IT knowledge (office software and warehouse system);
- Certificates or experience in driving LLOP/PPT/FLT is a plus; willingness to undertake vehicle training and computer system training;
- Comfortable with walk‑picking and lifting heavy boxes (max 25 kg); ability to work overtime with short notice as required.

- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour;

- Hours: Monday‑Friday; full‑time or part‑time shifts (exact arrangement to be confirmed);
