Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to working with our client near Midsomer Norton who are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  1. Contacting clients by phone, email and letter to chase overdue invoices
  2. Ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner
  3. Negotiating payment of outstanding invoices
  4. Dealing with enquiries and billing queries promptly
  5. Arranging credit checks
  6. Liaison with a number of internal departments regarding payments
  7. Banking and allocating payments

What you will need to succeed:

  1. Proven credit control experience is essential
  2. A confident communicator over the phone as well as via email
  3. Adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis
  4. Good levels of numeracy and problem solving skills
  5. IT / data entry proficiency

What you will receive in return:

  1. To £25,700 DOE
  2. Monday to Friday full-time please note 100% office based
