Hours: 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00 (Monday-Thursday) – Weekly Rotational
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Blunham. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the safe operation of movement of materials ensuring you meet productivity and performance targets, which include quality, waste, and customer service.
In addition, you will ensure that maintenance and cleaning tasks are carried out in line with the planned maintenance schedule.
You will also be required to support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, as and when they arise.
Operation of Counterbalance FLT & Occasional Warehouse Operative tasks, nothing too physically demanding.
Manual Labour does not fall into this role.

Essential Requirements

Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience (essential).
Counterbalance (External License). If Licence is recently out of date, the company would be willing to take the right candidate through a refresher course.
Mandatory Basic numeracy skills.
Good spoken English.
