Are you a seasoned Corporate & Commercial Solicitor looking to join a progressive and collaborative legal team? We are seeking a highly experienced solicitor (10+ years PQE) with a strong background in corporate and commercial law to join our expanding practice.
What you will be doing:
You will play a key role in advising businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who thrives on autonomy, values flexibility, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Areas of Expertise:
- Drafting and advising on terms and conditions of business
- Commercial contracts and bespoke contractual terms
- Company formations and structuring advice
- Partnership Agreements
- Directors and Shareholders Agreements
- Business sales and purchases
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
What you will need to succeed:
- 10+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial law
- Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
- Confident managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
