Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Devizes, who are actively seeking to engage a Compliance Assistant (legal) to provide essential support across the firm.
What you will be doing:
- Anti Money Laundering Monitoring - collecting, reviewing, and maintaining client identification documents, ensuring they meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Audits and Reviews to ensure documentation is accessible and accurate
- Client due diligence on new and existing clients
- Compliance support
- Data Entry, inputting and maintaining accurate legal data
- Document management to include update and maintenance of legal documents, files and correspondence
- Filing, reporting and regulatory updates
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a similar compliance role, ideally from a legal background although not essential
- The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office (Word/Outlook and Excel)
- First rate communication skills, verbal and written
- A confidential approach
