Thrive-Group near Chippenham are recruiting a Senior Design Engineer on a permanent basis. You will lead engineering projects, provide technical leadership across NPD, prototype validation and manufacturing support to ensure products meet customer specs, on time and within budget.
You will design and develop complex mechanical/hydraulic systems from concept to production, produce CAD models and drawings, manage BOMs in ERP, perform analyses and mentor colleagues in a collaborative, office-based environment.
