Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Warminster area who are actively looking to recruit Machine Operators on a permanent basis.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 (40 hours per week). No rotating shifts.
Salary: £14.61 per hour (starting Level 1 rate from 14:00-22:00 shift), plus overtime opportunities.
What you will be doing:
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines and make basic adjustments when needed.
- Check product quality to ensure it meets company standards.
- Move between different tasks, such as running machines, packing products, and carrying out quality checks.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and tidy while following health and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and support your colleagues.

- 1 year minimum experience in machine operating is essential.
