Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Shepton Mallet who are actively looking to recruit a Shift Engineer t to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
To manage the Engineering strategy across the site, in order to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment, whilst meeting operational requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
- To influence engineering and production teams.
- To carry out and record corrective maintenance on plant machinery and services quickly and efficiently, so as to cause the least amount of machinery downtime.
- To carry out and record planned maintenance on plant machinery and services as scheduled by the Engineering Department.
- Demonstrate a commitment to companies' Food Safety and Quality policies, procedures and work instructions to produce safe, legal and authentic products to a specified quality.
What you will receive in return:
- £51,510.48 for Shift Engineer for 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
- 2 x 12 hour days, then 2 x 12 hour nights, then 4 off. 06.00 to 18.00, then 18.00 to 06.00.
