Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check loads into the warehouse, ensuring all correct packaging and labelling is in place.
  • Process pick orders with required accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all stock handled is secure and complies with relevant food safety standards.
  • Operate assigned mechanical handling equipment to store and transport customer goods safely.
  • Assist with assembling loads for dispatch and loading onto vehicles.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene levels.
  • Take action to ensure any hazards are controlled or removed to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferably previous warehouse or operational experience.
  • Requires PPT Loader licence.

Pay & Benefits:

Basic pay rate of £12.76 (Picker).
