Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for Freezer Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Operating FLT and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
- Moving stock within freezer and warehouse environments
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Ensuring all products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed
- Conducting quality and stock checks
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following all health and safety procedures within a freezer environment
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- A valid Reach Truck licence
- Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred
- A good English level
- A positive approach to work / positive attitude
- A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Monday - Friday, 0800 start
