Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for a Dock Office Administrator (Warehouse Administrator) on a temporary basis to provide afternoon cover within the Dock Office, with the potential for a temporary to permanent opportunity depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the smooth running of the Dock Office operations
- Processing inbound and outbound warehouse paperwork accurately
- Preparing labels and Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Liaising with warehouse teams and drivers regarding deliveries and collections
- Working closely with transport and warehouse departments to ensure operations run efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required
- Conducting administrative checks and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
- Supporting health and safety procedures within the warehouse environment
- Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Providing excellent communication and organisational support across departments
Do you have:
- Previous administration or warehouse administration experience preferred
- Good IT and data entry skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A good English level
- A positive approach to work / positive attitude
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
- Excellent attention to detail
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 14:00 to 22:00
