Thrive Group are recruiting on behalf of their client for a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Co-Ordinator to support food safety, quality and compliance standards within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food safety, quality assurance, or food manufacturing who is looking to develop their career within a growing FMCG operation. The successful candidate will support manufacturing teams, maintain compliance standards and help drive continuous improvement across the business.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 8:00am start time (with some flexibility for earlier starts)
  • Weekend work may occasionally be required during product launches
  • Fully site-based role
  • Due to travel between site locations, candidates will need to drive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product reviews and support product quality standards
  • Respond to customer complaints and support investigations
  • Manage incidents relating to ingredients and packaging
  • Maintain and manage Bills of Materials, ensuring recipe accuracy
  • Control and manage compliance documentation to support audit requirements
  • Support Health & Safety standards by escalating issues and maintaining best practices
  • Carry out administrative tasks including paperwork and documentation checks
  • Work collaboratively with wider business functions to support operational performance
  • Support manufacturing teams with compliance and food safety guidance
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality are maintained at all times

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident using IT systems and databases, and able to work independently using their own initiative. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
