Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Malmesbury who are actively looking to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting with the preparation of contracts, leases and other property related documentation,
- Drafting routine correspondence, preparing standard legal documents and updating case files accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with Accounts to arrange money transfers, preparing risk and compliance documentation and coordinating with colleagues to ensure all required checks and processes are completed.
- Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department.
- Able to use case management system.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Monday to Friday 9am to 17.00PM
- Holiday 28 days' holiday + bank holidays
