Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Frome area who are actively looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and inventory data.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Work closely with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve delivery, invoice, and supplier queries efficiently.
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous purchasing experience is essential.
