Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting our market leading dairy manufacturing client based in North Devon who are actively recruiting for Level 3 Dairy Manufacturing Apprenticeships.

Please note - start September 2026

What you will be doing: This is a structured career path within the business where, with full training, you will work as part of a supportive team on-site and play a critical role in keeping manufacturing processes running smoothly.

What you can expect: Throughout the two-year programme, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the clients' end-to-end state of the art manufacturing processes, helping to produce well-known dairy products. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing, with clear progression pathways into various roles within production.

Here are some of the areas of the business where you will gain experience:

  • Logistics – hands-on experience in the cold-store and warehouse including order picking and learning to operate associated equipment including forklift
  • Dairy production – gaining experience working with a number of product lines, operating and managing a range of different machinery and working with automated processes
  • Developing knowledge – including Food Safety legislation and Health & Safety

What you will need:

  • Due to our client’s location you need to be able to drive
  • Aged 18 or over and have lived in the UK for at least three years

What you will receive in return:

  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with potential shift work
  • £21,000 per annum, with an increase following successful completion of the first year of the Apprenticeship
