Thrive Group is supporting a market-leading dairy manufacturing client in North Devon, recruiting for Level 3 Dairy Manufacturing Apprenticeships, with appointments starting September 2026.

What you will be doing

This is a structured career path where, with full training, you will work as part of a supportive team on-site and play a critical role in keeping manufacturing processes running smoothly.

What you can expect

Throughout the two-year programme you will gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s end-to-end, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, helping to produce well-known dairy products. This offers a fantastic opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing, with clear progression pathways into various production roles.

  • Logistics – hands-on experience in the cold-store and warehouse, including order picking and learning to operate associated equipment such as forklift.
  • Dairy production – gaining experience working with multiple product lines, operating and managing a range of machinery and working with automated processes.
  • Developing knowledge – including Food Safety legislation and Health & Safety.

Requirements

  • Must be able to drive due to the client’s location.
  • Aged 18 or over and have lived in the UK for at least three years.
