Parts Advisor Trowbridge | Permanent | Full-Time | £29,304.60 Basic + £31,000 OTE Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client based in Bath , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an automotive or parts environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced role and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records of parts and supplies.
Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of parts warranties.
Providing a professional and helpful service to customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Previous experience within a Parts Department or automotive environment is preferred.
A professional and friendly telephone manner.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems . 29,304.60 per annum OTE: £31,000 per annum Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
